Frank Adoption Center (FAC) is a licensed, nonprofit agency founded in 1994. On September 18, 2002, FAC received its certificate of re-accreditation from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, making it one of the first four U.S. agencies recognized by the Russian government to legally assist children and families unite through adoption. FAC has placed more than 1,700 children from the former Soviet Union into loving homes throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan and South Africa.

FAC staff members and contract workers are knowledgeable professionals dedicated to providing the best service to families. They are well informed and responsive, understanding well that the adoption process is a serious and often emotionally taxing journey.

FAC's outstanding in-country staff, extensive experience and established partnerships with the federal and regional administrations along with local orphanages combine to create a widely respected infrastructure within the Russian Federation. This results in our ability to provide comfortable, efficient and successful adoption programs for families.
