--- Agencies that provide adoption services from Russia must be individually accredited by the Russian Federation Ministry of Education or utilize the accreditation of another agency. Frank Adoption Center is proud of the fact that in 2000 we were one of the first four United States agencies to be accredited. This is in recognition of our high standards of practice and the quality of service we provide to families adopting through our agency. Russian accreditation requires annual renewal, and Frank Adoption Center has been continuously accredited since 2000. The agency was one of the first accredited by the Russian Federation Ministry of Education in 2000. Our program has grown rapidly, uniting more than 2000 children with their forever families.
